- BID SCHEDULE - SUBSTATIONS *****REQUIRED***** WDOL - SUBSTATIONS Performance Work Statement (PWS) - SUBSTATIONS Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - SUBSTATIONS Service will be performed on Hanscom AFB, MA. It will include routine inspections and testing of various electrical substation components; expedient diagnosis of problems if the substation goes off line, and taking corrective actions; working with the service provider, NSTAR, to ensure the Base power system remains operational.
