Pricing Template Attachment 1 - Request for Quote (RFQ) HSTS04-15-Q-CT8026 Solicitation HSTS04-15-Q-CT8026 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The Government contemplates award of a single Firm-Fixed Price Delivery Order. This is a small business set - aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325910, Printing Ink Manufacturing and the small business size standard 500 Employees. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking sources for Lexmark/HP Printer Cartridges in accordance with section 3 of the attached RFQ (Attachment 1). All price data must be submitted by completing the Pricing Template (Attachment 2). FSSI Office Supply III (OS3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) CLIN 0003: Toner/Ink Quotes Only: Vendors quoting on this opportunity MUST have ALL items requested. Vendors may offer Open Market items in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of their respective IDIQ AND shall clearly label items not listed on the FSSI Office Supply III (OS3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
