- JPASE video information/imagery RFQ The Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation toprovide various video information/imagery equipment for the Joint Public Affairs Support Element (JPASE). This Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83 effect 3 September 2015, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20150826 effective 26 Aug 15. Responses/quotes MUST be received no later than Wednesday, 23 September 2015; 1200 Eastern Standard/Daylight Time.
