- Attachment F - Model RDT Feature Information Attachment E - Generator Manual Attachment D - Generator Warranty Attachment C - Model 8.5_12RES Feature Guide SOW - FCC Generator Preventative and Emergency Services RFQ - FCC Generator Preventative and Emergency Services The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is issuing this competitive RFQ to solicit small business vendors under the General Services Administration's FSC 61 - Power Distribution Equipment, Generators, and Batteries; for the purpose of entering into a single award task order. The FCC will conduct this acquisition using the procedures of FAR Subpart 8.4 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Government intends to make award without conducting discussions with vendors; however, if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be in the Government's best interest, discussions may be held with some, or all of the vendors. Vendors interested in this acquisition may participate by submitting responses in accordance with the following instructions. This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $7.5 million or less.
