- Draft Statement of Work RFI-612-15-00004 This USAID/Malawi Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the purpose of providing industry and stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, suggest, and enhance areas in the attached draft scope of work (SOW) for the USAID/Malawi activity titled: Malawi Local Government Accountability and Performance (LGAP). The USAID/LGAP is a five year activity with an estimated budget of $20-25 million. The purpose of the Activity is to improve the performance of local government in Malawi by improving capacity and accountability of local governments in the districts where it will work, strengthening citizen engagement and oversight, and improving the broader national policy and systems environment for decentralization. While doing so, LGAP will directly assist USAID Malawi operationalize its integration approach.
