- PR 58437559 for NSN 5985-01-455-2545, Antenna. Approved sources: Boeing (76301) 74-870118-113 or Cobham Advanced Electronic (96341) 3380-8012-0008. DLA Aviation does not have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 165 EA. Inspection/Acceptance destination and FOB origin, delivery 112 days ARO or less. This is unrestricted, not a set aside. The issue date is on or around 10/06/15, and the closing date is on or around 11/06/2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited on the solicitation. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)/ invitation for Bid (IFB)"from the menu under the tab "Solicitations". Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. The solicitation package must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the DLA Aviation Bid Desk. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered SAM. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award, if not this award future awards. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
