- The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Combat Feeding Directorate intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one responsible source to Metro Surveillance Systems, Inc., Johnston, RI for the installation of additional video surveillance stations. Metro Surveillance Systems, Inc. is the original company that installed the current surveillance system that is used on base. They are the only company that has the technical expertise to maintain components in the system as is contains a number of existing components and software that are proprietary to Metro Systems. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7382.
