Unique Communications Solutions is a small business and is the sole source software developer and provider for CAIRS.NET and holds its trademark. Unique Communications Solutions is the only company that can update, add features, fix software problems, provide standard maintenance, give training and technical support and on-site installation and training to the CAIRS system as required for this effort for the Regional Telephony Management System (RTMS). A sources sought was posted to FBO on August 21, 2015 with the same tracking number and no repsponses were received. The redacted J&A for only one responsible source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 is attached.
