- The project is to remove and replace approximately 5700 square feet of roof material. The roof material consists of one layer of asphalt singles and underlayment felt that have reached the end of their life cycle. The existing roofing material will be removed from site and disposed of following all applicable federal, state and local laws. Work will include the repair and replacement of approximately 500 square feet of roof plywood sheathing where water damage occurred.
