- NSN 5855-01-151-4212, CABLE, GOGGLE CONNECTION. Destination Inspection required. FOB is Origin. First Destination Transportation applies to this procurement. This item is procured fully competitive in accordance with a military/federal drawing. Required delivery is 180 days. "This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA." JCP certification is required. Distribution of the technical data and eligibility for award are limited to those licensed by either the Determents of State or Commerce; or to foreign suppliers pursuant to international agreements. To apply for JCP certification, complete DD Form 2345, "Military Critical Technical Data Agreement," Form is available at the world wide web address. http://.dlis.dla.mil/jcp This NSN is a non-critical application item nor is it a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on 08/07/2015. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicitation is for a stock buy. Solicited as a small business set aside. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 125 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 31each, for the base year only. These quantities (EAD) will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. "This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
