Description

Solicitation number VA260-15-Q1173 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, dated 3 Sept 2015. The North American Industry Classification system code (NAICS) 337127 size standard of 500 Employees. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. All firms responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors quotes shall propose a firm fixed price for the services listed below, subject to the terms and conditions of this entire synopsis/solicitation. The location for delivery is: Department of Veterans Affairs Jonathan M Wainwright Memorial VAMC 77 Wainwright Walla Walla, WA 99362 Quotes must be received by the date and time specified in the attached solicitation document, unless changed through an amendment to this solicitation. All times are indicated in Mountain Time. Quotes must be in writing, and may be submitted by email, mail or in person. Facsimiles will not be accepted. Description: The Jonathan M Wainwright Memorial VAMC is soliciting competitive offers for additional Call Center furniture in accordance with the attached solicitation document. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract, without discussions, to the offeror who represents the best value to the government, based on the evaluation factors outlined under FAR 52.212-2 in the attached solicitation document. Quotes are requested to be FOB Destination, and inclusive of shipping charges. **See Attached 1449 for Line Items*** Offers: Offerors must provide the following information in their quotes in order to be considered responsive: (1) The solicitation number; (2) The name, address, DUNS number, TIN, email and telephone number of the offeror; (3) A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate equivalency with the requested items in the solicitation. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary; (4) Terms of any express warranty; (5) Completed Price schedule and any discount terms; (6) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3 (if not previously completed electronically in SAM); (7) Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (if any); (8) A statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. (9) Any other information required by this solicitation. By submitting an offer, the offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for at least 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation. Questions: Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to Amy.Kuczajda@va.gov. The deadline for questions is one business day prior to the close of the solicitation. No phone calls will be accepted. Answers to questions will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation, if required. Individual responses are not promised, and should not be expected. Clauses and provisions from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and supplements thereto are incorporated in this solicitation by reference and in full text. Those incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
