- Description
- This is official notification that the Gerneral Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Services Acquisition Branch (6P1QC), intends to solicit and award a contract for lawn and grounds maintenance services at the Federal Center, 4300 Goodfellow Boulevard/4601 Planned Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO 63120; Charles F Prevedel Federal Building, 9700 Page Avenue, Overland, MO 63132; and Sammy L Davis Federal Building, 1655 Woodson Road, Overland, MO 63114. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to provide lawn and grounds maintenance services as described in the solicitation at the locations listed above. The solicitation number is GS-06-P-15-GX-D-7000. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on the Federal Government Electronic Posting System, www.fbo.gov, on or about October 2, 2015. The solicitation will be a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561730 and the size standard is $7.5 million. The FSC code is S208. Proposals will be due approximatley thirty (30) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposal is extended by the Government. Contract award will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods with an anticipated start date of March 1, 2016. Please do not submit questions until after the RFP is posted to FBO on or about October 2, 2015.
