- Amendment 0002, to COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION N00189-15-T-0477 is to extend the date of response from September 22, 2015 2:00pm (EST) to September 24, 2015 2:00pm (EST) and correct the Period of Performance (POP) from September 25, 2015 thru November 8, 2015. All other information in the COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION remains unchanged. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The solicitation number is N00189-15-T-0477 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-84 and DFARS Publication Notice 20140828. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Norfolk, VA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price service contract for the Expeditionary Strike Group Two (ESG2) Command for technical services (labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment) and transportation necessary to accomplish the procurement of upgrading the Video Teleconference (VTC) system in Building 1602 on the Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek Annex, Virginia Beach, VA.
