Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV contemplates awarding a single source purchase order as authorized by FAR 13.106(b)(i) to Forum Communication Systems Inc to provide the following: Alert II Emergency Conference System, 8 ports Alert II Emergency Conference System, 16 ports Phone, Emergency, w/o keypad, w msg indicator and push-to-talk button Call Recorder (Alert - single line) Alert Installation/Training (On Site, Scheduled in Advance) Alert II Spares Kit: Includes (1) Alert II Multi-Function Board, (1) Short Haul Modem, and (1) Ringdown T1 Chassis. Alert Annual Remote Support Agreement, 8 to 32 port chassis. Forum will perform remote diagnostics and cover advance replacement, if required. Market research has yet to identify any other vendor capable of providing for this requirement. Interested parties may submit documentation which indicates their capability to provide for this requirement this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responses received electronically by 12:00PM PST, 24 Sep 15 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
