- Synopsis - CEPHEID - Reagents and Test Kits (W81K00-15-T-0457) The United States Army Department of Pathology at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas submitted a requirement to obtain MRSA (methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus) Test Kits and reagents (Cepheid Scientific Brand Name or Equal). The solicitation number is W81K00-15-T-0457. The solicitation will be available on/about 17 September 2015 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 23 September 2015. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
