- PRESOLICIATION NOTICE Various activities in Texas area require delivery of an indefinite quantity of Milk and Dairy products beginning March 20, 2016 ending March 16, 2019. Activities will include customers for the following Texas; Lackland AFB, Randolph AFB, Fort Sam Houston, Laughlin AFB, Galverston, Port Isabel, and the Laredo area. Contract period will be 36 months and this is a unrestricted acquisition. This solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition the resultant contract will be made based on the lowest evaluated aggregate price. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Estimated solicitation date is approximately September 22, 2016. Once issued copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS In order to download solicitations. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
