- ACC- Warren Installation Support Contracting Division intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Software maintenance and configuration / consulting services for the SIARS / Intelex system. Award will be made to Intelex Technologies Inc, (CAGE: L3917), 905 King St. West, Suite 600, Toronto, Ontario M6K 3G9 Canada under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The NAICS for this acquisition is 541519. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes; however, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. Responses shall be submitted electronically to jenna.n.mcginnis.mil@mail.mil concerning this acquisition.
