- Identification Of Requirements (IOR) NOTICE TYPE: Synopsis Pre-Solicitation TITLE: Multiple NSN's for a Sole Source Long Term Contract (LTC) to Robertson Fuel Systems L.L.C. No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communication to: ATTN: DLA-AHCB, James Grayson, Contract Specialist, via email james.grayson@dla.mil. This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term sole sources contract which will include multiple NSNs and FSCs to support the following weapon systems: CH-47 Chinook and UH-60 Blackhawk. A total of 12 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that 12 NSNs will be priced for the initial contract award. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis as supported by a J & A, IAW FAR 6.302-1.The proposed sole source contract will be issued to Robertson Fuel Systems, L.L.C., CAGE: 1T765. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting provided to the contracting officer will be forwarded to the identified contractor. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity procurement. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.
