- Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Wiley Subscription Services, Inc in the estimated amount of $76,144.00 for a base plus four one-year option periods to purchase Essential Evidence Online Database License Subscription located at Madigan Army Medical Center, (MAMC), JBLM, Tacoma, WA. The Database is web based and provides an evidence-based medicine tool that is up to date, global, unbiased and independently reviews medical information to facilitate diagnosis, improve patient care and allows you to search multiple databases. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent Ms. Kendre Green, kendre.m.green.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
