- Description
- Military customers in Arizona area require delivery of an indefinite quantity of Fresh Bread and Bakery products beginning February 28, 2016 and ending March 2, 2019. The duration of the contract is for a term of 36 months (three-year period). Pricing for all items the first pricing tier shall begin on the award date and be for a 24 month period (February 28, 2016 - February 24, 2018). The second pricing tier shall be for the following 12 month performance period (February 25, 2018 - March 2, 2019). The effective period for any contract resulting from this solicitation shall be from February 28, 2016 - March 2, 2019. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support Philadelphia. The anticipated solicitation issue date is on or after October 15, 2015. Once issued, copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitation. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS in order to download solicitations. From the homepage, choose DLA BSM requests for Proposal (RFP)/ invitation for BID (IFB).
