- Equipment list This is an amendment to the announcement BEP-RFP-15-0417. The following questions were asked and are being posted for your information. Attached is a listing of equipment that is including but not limited to all equipment. Additional questions asked during the site visit must be presented to me for annotation purposes, which will be recorded and posted with a response for all interested parties. The site visit date will be the deadline for all questions concerning this requirement. A site visit date of 9/21/2015 at 10am EST Questions/Comments: -Can we email you the proposal? or do we need to go to a specific website to submit it? Answer: You may email the proposal to the address mentioned in the instructions for submittal within the solicitation (angel.walls@bep.gov) or you may submit the document through FBO.gov -Can you please tell us how many machine vibration data will need to be collected on quarterly? Answer: See Attached document provided in amendment. -Can you give us a little bit of description of these machines (i.e pump, motor, etc.)? Answer: Details in provided in amendment. -Has the vibration Analysis project been bidding in the pass before? Answer: Yes -If yes, what was the awarded bidding price (money wise)? Answer: $ 45,600.00 -Approximately how many days it took the current contractor to collect the vibration data on the machine quarterly? Answer: One day -Does the contractor need to use their own vibration analysis software? Answer: Yes, the contractor needs to provide its own vibration analysis software. I have a couple of questions about BEP-RFP-15-0417; Do you have an equipment list and will there be a walk through? Answer: Equipment list provided in amendment. A walk thru will be provided.
