Requirement Solicitation Requirement Statement of Work Statement of Work NSC Server Room UPS Battery Replacement Required Supplies/Services: Quantity 80 - Datasafe HX-505 batteries (equivalent to C&D 12-475 batteries) Quantity 80 - Battery Jumpers Quantity 80 - Battery Disposal Service The UPS unit is an EATON 9395 that is starting to starting to corrode and fail. The unit contains 80 batteries that have currently been in use 5 years. Recommended battery replacement is to occur every five years or sooner. The vendor who is awarded this work will perform the following actions: 1. Successfully take the Server Room into a "Standby" mode during the replacement of the Batteries. 2. Replace all 80 existing batteries in the EATON 9395 with new Datasafe HX-505 batteries. Batteries must include 3 Year Full Replacement Warranty. 3. After replacement, the vendor will bring the UPS back into Active Production and test the unit for any deficiencies. 4. Provide removal and disposal service for the 80 batteries that are being removed from the UPS unit. 5. The vendor will coordinate with the NSC network team on any necessary downtime associated with this project. 6. The vendor should be an authorized vendor who meets the criteria to perform the work on EATON 9395 UPS equipment.
