- PRON: AX5F5799AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 400 each up to 4000 each quantity maximum of a Filter Element, Inta, NSN: 2945-01-620-9630, Part Number: 2945-UH60-001 applicable to the BE Blackhawk Helicopter system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 400 each, 225 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 400 each, 2nd Year, 900 each, 3rd Year, 900 each, 4th Year, 900 each, and 5th Year, 900 each. This item is restricted to Aerospace Filtration Systems Inc, Cage Code, 0GCA0 and Pall Aerospace Corporation Cage Code, 18350. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
