- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of authorized NetApp resellers to provide: 0001: NetPlus Silver Software Maintenance Package, QTY 1 YR 1001: NetPlus Silver Software Maintenance Package, QTY 1 YR 2001: NetPlus Silver Software Maintenance Package, QTY 1 YR 3001: NetPlus Silver Software Maintenance Package, QTY 1 YR Work will consist of performing NetPlus maintenance, as per the attached draft Performance Work Statement. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517919 - All Other Telecommunications. The small business size standard is $32,500,000. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Robert M. Washinko, robert.m.washinko.civ@mail.mil, by 24 Sept 15, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. POC phone number is 717-267-5562. Do not respond directly to this web posting. In addition, the following information is requested: (1)Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address; (2) Any small business status (8(a)), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); (3)Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts. (4)GSA contract for this service, if applicable (5)CHESS contract for this service, if applicable In addition, past performance information and capability statement shall be submitted. Past performance information shall include recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items and other references (including contract numbers, points of contact with telephone numbers and other relevant information). Offeror shall furnish this information for at least three (3) contracts, ongoing or completed within the last three years, for like or similar services, held with Department of Defense, other government agencies or private industry. Competition and side-aside decision may be based on the results of this market research. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
