- Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award - Documentum Software Maintenance Renewal SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT 1. Introduction U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District intends to award a sole source contract to IMMIX Technology of McLean, VA 2. Description of Services This is a service to provide maintenance renewal of license for Documentum Software. DCTM-FOUNDATION-ENH: Enhanced maintenance for Documentum Foundation CPU license renewal for one year. DCTM-FOUND-SEAT-LIC: Standard maintenance for Documentum Foundation Seat Licenses for one year. ADMNSTRTR- ENH: Enhanced maintenance for Documentum Administrator seat license for one year. DEVELOPSTUDIO- ENH: Enhanced Maintenance for Documentum Developer Studio seat license for one year 3. Authority DFARS 206.302-1, Only One Responsible Source 4. Reason for Sole Source USACE does not have the ability to provide the technical information required to support the current system as no other known source is available. 5. No solicitation package will be issued. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time September 23, 2015. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to mildred.r.faison@usace.army.mil. No telephone requests will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
