- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office - Africa intends to solicit for contractor support services to develop, execute, and broadcast public service announcements that promote defections from the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA). The contractor shall plan, establish, and execute ninety (90)sixty (60) minute radio broadcasts using at least sixty (60)different LRA defectors throughout a three (3) month period, with 2 additional 12 Month Option Periods. The Contractor will develop and broadcast the radio shows or establish syndication of radio shows that have a seventy-five (75)kilometer transmission range at multiple locations in the Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of The Congo.
