- This is a notification of the intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Harris Corporation. Required Suppies: The contractor shall provide three (3) AN/PRC-117G Tactical Radios, manufactured by Harris Corp. This notice is not a request for quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16) NLT 1000 Japanese Standard Time, 23 Sept 2015 (2100 EST, 22 Sept 2015). ***This current requirement is to obtain pricing for items which are not funded at this time, but FY '15 funding has been requested from fall out funding prior to 30 SEPTEMBER 2015. No award will be made until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement in this fiscal year.***
