- Sources Sought PWS Draft The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) anticipates a contract requirement to provide non-personal engineering, technical, logistics, configuration management, data management, production, and project management support for the development, production, maintenance, and sustainment of the Adaptive Diagnostic Electronic Portable Test (ADEPT) Distance Support Sensor Suite (ADSSS) Program under the cognizance of Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). The ADSSS system includes all hardware and software associated with the ADSSS Core and Target Interface Modules (TIM) including the prognostic models of which will be known hereafter in this document as the "ADSSS System".
