- SPN-50 Formal Request for Proposal (RFP) SPN-50 Statement of Work (SOW) SPN-50 Questions and Answers (Q&As) SPN-50 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) 18 September 2015 The formal Request for Proposal (RFP ) for the full and open competition for an engineering and manufacturing development contract for the AN/SPN-50(V)1 Shipboard Air Traffic Radar (SATR) Program is provided. The RFP, Statement of Work, CDRLs, and SPN-50 Questions & Answers are attached to this synopsis. As discussed in the synopsis posted earlier today, a revised specification dated 14 September 2015 for the AN/SPN-50(V)1 Shipboard Air Traffic Radar (SATR) Program is available to U.S. Contractors through the ARMDEC Website. In order to gain access to the SPN-50 SATR Specification dated 14 September 2015, please provide your Cage Code and e-mail address to Mr. Mike Collins of PMA-213 at michael.c.collins@navy.mil or phone (301) 737-2088. Once Mr. Collins verifies your Cage Code, he will issue an e-mail to you providing the ARMDEC link and a unique password to be used to download the SPN-50 SATR Specification. Once you have downloaded the SPN-50 SATR Specification, your password will expire. Questions on this synopsis may be addressed to the PMA-213 Procuring Contracting Officer, Mr. Dan Gentry.
