- Solicitation Number: IES-SSJ-003 -15 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Purchase to the following company: EC America 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200 McLean, VA 22102 Posted Date: September 18, 2015 Procurement Office: US Department of Education, Institute of Education Sciences Response Date: September 28, 2015 Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), The U.S.Department of Education's (Department) Institute of Education Sciences (IES) intends to award a single purchase order, on a sole source basis, EC America for annual renewal of our licenses and maintenance support for Appian Enterprise (Maintenance for Perpetual Named User). This notice is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. However, the Department will give consideration to any interested party that identifies its interest and capability to provide Appian Enterprise maintenance and support for Perpetual Named or submits a proposal by the response date of September 28, 2015 by 10:00am.
