- AMENDMENT, M00264-15-R-1037-0002 THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO EXTEND THE RESPONSE DATE FOR THE PROPOSALS AND PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE. SEE THE ATTACHED AMENDMENT FOR DETAILS. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAINS UNCHANGED. THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE TO THE QUESTIONS RECEIVED IN REFERENCE TO THIS SOLICITATION AND ADD THE FOLLWOING DOCUMENTS: ATTACHMENT 1 (QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS), PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE, SOURCE SELECTION EVALUATION BOARD FORM, ECMRA, AND THE WAGE RATE DETERMINATION. SEE THE ATTACHED AMENDMENT FOR DETAILS. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAINS UNCHANGED. The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office, Quantico, VA has requirement for Administrative Support and Information Management. This acquisition is being offered for full and open competition. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. This acquisition will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract with an expected period of performance of one (1) base year with four (4), one (1) year option periods. Award will be made to the responsible and responsive offeror whose proposal represents the "Best Value" to the Government. Evaluation will consist of the the criteria specified within the solicitation. The NAICS code is 541611. The small business size standard is $15 million. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the solicitation will not be provided. All requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be disregarded. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring this website https://www.fbo.gov for posting of the RFQ and any amendments thereto. Questions and answers, if required, will be posted to this site as well. It is the offeror's responsibility to check this site for all information related to this procurement. Submission of the RFQ must be in accordance with the solicitation instructions. If applicable, all amendments must be acknowledged. All offerors must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) (Reference DFARS 252.204-7004, required SAM, www.sam.gov ) in order to receive award consideration.
