- Amendment 0002 which extends the closing of the RFP GSA is still working on replies to the questions we've received. In order to give GSA time to properly respond and for the firms to have time to update their documents the soliciation closing is extended until September 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Proposals must be submitted at ontheroad@gsa.gov with a copy sent to charlene.cardenas@gsa.gov. Amendment 0002 (attached) extends the due date and time FROM September 21, 2015 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time TO September 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
