Description
DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure 2 each XRF Analyzers on a brand name or equal basis to GE XL PMI+ or Niton XL3T 980 Goldd+; 2 each Collimation System compatible to the XRF Analyzer; 1 each Hands Free Radiation Safety Test Stand for XRF Analyzer; and 1 each Initial Device Training, Minimum 2 hours by the Manufacturer in support of the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF). The solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The applicable NAICS Code is 339113. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Immediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), Bremerton, WA. Delivery is required by 15 Jan 2016, training to be conducted on an agreed upon date. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any Amendments. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To be considered for award, vendors must submit their quotes on the entire solicitation document posted to NECO to include pricing and completion of all certifications and representations contained in the document. Offerors not submitting a fully completed quote will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-15-Q-1020. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 18 Sep 2015. The closing date of the solicitation will be on or around 25 Sep 2015 at 2:00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated Amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
