Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued and is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial supplies and services. Solicitation number W81K00-15-T-0482 is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82 current as of 19 June 2015. The NAICS code is 621991 and size standard is $32.5M. The Government anticipates awarding a single award issued as Firm Fixed Price, UNRESTRICTED. The requirement of this solicitation is to provide various cells and reagent for the Blood Bank in the Pathology Department of Martin Army Community Hospital, 6600 Van Aalst Blvd, Fort Benning, Georgia 31905 for the period 01 October 2015 through 30 September 2016.
