Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation in its entirety; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement shall be conducted under FAR Parts 12 Commercial Acquisitions and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award to this solicitation shall be based on the Quoter's ability to provide those specific supplies and services stated in this combined synopsis solicitation. Solicitation number VA262-15-Q-1379 is issued as a "Brand Name" request for quotation (RFQ). This RFQ shall be set aside for Small Business. Small businesses submitting quotes shall be registered and small business size standard verfied in SAM.gov under the selected NAICS cods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339112 and the selected Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 7030. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order to acquire the SuperDimension System Version 7 Software Upgrade to support the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. Due to time constraints, responses to the solicitation shall be due on Monday, September 21 at 1500 PST. Quoters are advised to review and monitor the FBO website to ensure you have the most up to date information, including all amendments, if any. Correspondence or questions may be directed to Gabe Caganap, Contracting Officer at philip.caganap2@va.gov within 24 hours of the posting of this solicitation. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. Inquiries after the allotted period may not receive a response due to the time constraints of the procurement. All deliveries shall be coordinated with the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS) POC (TBD) and delivered FOB destination to: Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 22 / VALBHS 5901 East Seventh Street Long Beach, CA 90822
