U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to least the following space: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS State: Idaho City: Pocatello Delineated Area: North Boundary - West Siphon Road East Boundary - Interstate 15 South Boundary - Barton Road to Fredregill Road West Boundary - Portneuf River Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,323 Space Type: Clinical Parking Spaces Total: 100 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: See Request for Lease Proposal and Lease Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A full serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government intends to award a sole source lease, see the attached Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition.
