- Bismark ND Vehicle Marshaling SOW Receipt and pre-assignment preparation of new GSA IFMS Vehicles, the receipt, termination of assignment inspection, and pre-assignment preparation of vehicles to be turned in to GSA for reassignment, and the termination of assignment inspection of vehicles turned in to GSA FMC for disposal (sale) for GSA vehicles assigned to Bismark, ND GSA Fleet Center. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-84 dated 09-03-2015 This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS code 811111 the Small Business size standard is $7,500,000.00 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition, there are no addenda to the provision. Provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, with your offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, there are no addenda to the clause. See pages 32-3 The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
