- Brand Name Only J&A Product Specification DOL-MSH-15-Q-00069 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name only commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) FAR 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DOL-MSH-15-Q-00069. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at the following address: www.acquisition.gov The NAICS code is 334111 with a small business size of 1000 employees. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in full effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-83. The following clauses and provision apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212.-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items, the evaluation criteria stated in paragraph (a) of this provision is as follows: (i) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, and (ii) Price. The contract award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer made to the Government considering technical capability and price. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. Bids should be submitted to lilley.valoree@dol.gov by the closing date and time specified in this synopsis.
