- W911RQ15R0021 Conformed Copy W911RQ15R0021_0002 Red River Army Depot has a requirement for the following Track Shoe Compression Pre-Form Stock Rubber Material: T-142 Wheel Side Rubber 10L: 2011294A:19207: Estimated Quantity: 20,000 each In accordance with Drawing #2011294 Revision A dated 29 June 2016, Test Protocol Requirements for 10L, and Red River proprietary formula for 10L. Formula, Test Protocol Requirements and drawing will be released after offerors sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement at the release of solicitation. First Article Testing (FAT) will be required of all interested parties before close of solicitation. This is a requirements contract. Contract period will be 24 months. No guarantee of minimum or maximum quantities to be ordered. There is no set-aside for this acquisition. NAICS code: 326291 Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS)(15 CFR 700), and the contractor shall be required to follow all of this regulation. Request for proposal will issue on or about 3 August 2015 and will be available on the RRAD website: https://redriver.army.mil/rrpages/contract.htm. Request for proposal will close on or about 2 September 2015, 3:00 PM CST. Address all questions and comments in writing to robyn.e.james.civ@mail.mil. All proposals must be submitted on the Standard Form 1449!
