Description

The purpose of this amendment is to post questions and answers from potential offerors. If you have any questions you may contact Robert Woolfolk II, via email at robert.woolfolk3@va.gov. Any additional questions or requests regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the contract specialist no later than 3:00 pm MDT on September 18, 2015. PROPOSALS SUBMITTED BY FASCIMILE (FAX MACHINE) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please submit your proposal via email no later than 3:00 P.M. Mountain Daylight Time on September 21, 2015. ALL ANSWERS ARE BOLDED. 1) What are the insurance requirements for this project? This is no specific insurance requirement with this acquisition other than what is required for a contractor to have in their normal course of duty performing load bank testing. 2) Are all the generators located outside and on the ground? How accessible are they? The generators are all in their own buildings set away from other buildings.
