Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, Spokane VA Medical Center (SVAMC), located at 4815 North Assembly Street, Spokane, WA 99205, in accordance with FAR 13.501, intends to solicit from a single source. Control Solutions Northwest, Inc. has sole proprietary rights for servicing the Schneider Electric Intelligent Automation (I/A) Building Automation System Maintenance. The NAICS Code is 238220 and the size standard is $15 million. The statutory authority for restricting competition under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, or Single Sourcing, is 41 U.S.C. 253(c), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide maintenance Schneider Electric Intelligent Automation (I/A) Building Automation System located at the SVAMC. Responses must be received no later than 8:00 am (PST) on September 21, 2015. All responses must be e-mailed to michael.kuchyak@va.gov.
