Description
FA4661-15-Q-0102, Combo for Hydrant Servicing Modules Installation and Training Combined Wage Determination Performance Work Statement The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, parts, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision and management to install Hydrant Servicing Modules (HSM) on two 2008 International model R-11 refueling units. The installed hydrant capability should allow for two configurations: independent filling or simultaneously filling the 6,000 gallon fuel tank while allowing the dispensing system to refuel an aircraft. System should include environmental controls to preclude overfilling the vehicle's cargo tank. In addition, the contractor shall provide training on the maintenance and use of the installed systems at Dyess AFB, TX. The contractor will provide qualified person/persons for the installation of the HSM systems. The HSMs will be installed utilizing contractor supplied tools. Installation will take place within the Refueling Maintenance Shop located at Dyess Air Force Base. The shop is covered, lighted, temperature controlled and secure. Contractor will provide an estimate on how long installation will take. The contractor will train Refueling Maintenance personnel to maintain the HSM system and provide any technical manuals associated with the installation and maintenance of the system. In addition, the contractor shall provide training to Fuels Flight personnel on the specifications and use of the HSM systems. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted and received no later than 1400 (CST), 22 Sept 2015. Set-aside: 100% Small-Business Set-Aside Deadline for receipt of offers: 23 Sept 2015, 1400 (CST).
