- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source requirement to CLS America for saltellite services for the current ARGOS/ALPHA satellite systems. CLS America, Inc. is the only company authorized to provide the service related to the use of the Argos/Alpha Satellite system. As a result, CLS America, Inc. is the only responsible source to provide the necessary service required. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 518210. The business size standard is $32.5 million. The Special Notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for offers. Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. In accordance with FAR 6.305, 14 days after award DEA will make publicly available the Limited Source
