- Clauses - Attachment 3 Statement of Work To: Potential Vendor Subject: Type 30 & DD-3 Brake Simulator/Training Device NAICS Code: 335314 The U.S. Department of Transportation/Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Training Center (NTC) has a requirement for a Type 30 brake simulator and a DD-3 brake simulator training device. The Offeror shall service the FMCSA NTC Office located in Arlington, Virginia. This is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is DTMC75-15-Q-00030. The p lace of performance is Arlington, VA. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. are in Arlington, VA. Delivery of equipment shall be no later than 30 calendar days after award date. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FMCSA invites your company to submit a quote on a firm fixed price basis in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). The basis for award will be lowest price technically acceptable. This acquisition shall be a 100% Small Business Set-A-Side. The Small Business dollar standard is 500 employees. QUOTE SUBMISSION OR NO BID Please submit your quotation to the attention of the Contract Specialist, Melinda Riddick via email, to melinda.riddick@dot.gov on or before 3:00 PM, Eastern Time, on September 24, 2015. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions The Offeroros proposed pricing shall be submitted on the attached Schedule of Supplies Services and Price Cost sheet (Attachment I). In the event that your company declines to submit a quote, please indicate via email to the contract specialist that you will not be submitting a quote and the reason(s) why, within one (1) business day after receipt of this RFQ.
