- M60 TANK INSTALLATION SBD INSTALLATION VIETNAM TABLEAU EXHIBIT AMENDMENT, M00264-15-R-1081-0001 THIS AMENDMENT IS BEING ISSUED TO ATTACH THE DRAWINGS FOR THE FOLLOWING: VIETNAM TABLEAU EXHIBIT DRAWING PACKAGE, THE SBD INSTALLATION, AND THE M60 TANK INSTALLATION. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAINS UNCHANGED. The Regional Contracting Office-North Capital Region, Quantico, VA intends to purchase Design, Fabrication, and Installation Services in support of National Museum of the Marine Corps. This acquisition is being offered for 100% small business set-aside. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. This acquisition will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract with an expected period of performance of one (1) year from the date of contract award. Award will be based on the quote that represents the "Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable" to the Government. Evaluation will consist of Technical Capability, Performance Execution, Past Performance, and Price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 712110. The small business size standard for this code is $27.5 million. This RFQ will be made available electronically upon its release at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the solicitation will not be provided. All requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be disregarded. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFQ and any amendments thereto. Questions and answers, if required, will be posted to this site as well. It is the offeror's responsibility to check this web site for all information related to this procurement. Submission of the RFQ must be in accordance with the solicitation instructions. If applicable, all amendments must be acknowledged. All offerors must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (Reference DFARS 252.204-7004, required Systems for Award Management, www.sam.gov ) in order to receive award consideration. The RFQ will be posted on or about 23 September 2015. Questions will be allowed after the RFQ is posted.
