Description
Stainless steel radiator dip tank Accommodates large tractor and industrial type radiators. Hydraulic power unit and elevator lowers and opens radiators in and out of the cleaning solution automatically Lid automatically opens and closes as elevator operates Radiator dip tank 72' x 62''x 22 inside minimum measurements lined with stainless steel Handles large industrial radiators. Air over hydraulic power unit lifts and elevates radiators in and out of cleaning solution; lid automatically opens and closes as elevator operates. Gas burner capacity of 190,000 to 200,000 BTUs. Cleaning solution capacity of 290 gallons minimum Inner tank made of 10 gauge steel. All seams are double welded (Inside and outside Hydraulic Elevator - Air control valve at fingertip height raises. Elevator to the top of the tank so radiator can be slid on and off very easily. Avoids heavy lifting, splashing, or burns. Fiberglass insulation in sides, bottom and also top. Built to last. All Insulation panels are sealed from moisture - assuring minimum heat loss. Stays hot overnight with minimum gas consumption. Immersion burner- The burner, in conjunction with the burner tube, forces the flame into the middle of your tank thereby insuring maximum neat transfer to your solution. Fitted with correct burner capacity so that though recovery rate from room temperature to 200 degrees is approximately 75 minutes; this economical typo burner works on natural gas in *Want complete set-up, if other items are recommended (add-ons) reflect them as options on your quote.
