Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation VA256-15-Q-1160 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR 13.303 entitled "Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA). This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation is attached. A quotation in response to this notice must be received not later than 10:00 a.m. local time, September 30, 2015. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED; offers from all size businesses will be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334516 and the small business standard is 500 employees; Federal Supply Code (FSC) 6640. The BPA will be established on a firm fixed price basis and may be discontinued upon 30 days' written notice by either party. Offerors shall submit quotes on Solicitation VA256-15-Q-1160, which accompanies this notice. Questions: If you have questions, please submit via email to rosemary.briggs@va.gov by September 25, 2015.
