Description

Combined Synopsis Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 and DFARS Subpart 213.5 the Contracting Department MCIEAST is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the acquisition of barracks furniture for Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, effective September 3, 2015 and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20150826, effective August 26, 2015. BASIS FOR AWARD. The Government will make award to the supplier with the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable quotation with satisfactory relevant past performance. TYPE OF CONTRACT. The resulting award from this solicitation will be a Firm Fixed-Price Contract.
