- Description
- The Government Accountability Office (GAO), Office of Public Affairs (PA) has a requirement to purchase a Camera Mounted Teleprompting System in accordance with the Brand-Name or Equal specifications listed on the attached document. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (see FAR Subpart 13.5), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government Accountability Office (GAO), Office of Public Affairs (PA) has a requirement to purchase a Camera Mounted Teleprompting System in accordance with the Brand-Name or Equal specifications listed below. GAO intends to issue a Purchase Order to the responsible vendor who demonstrates in writing that they meet all specifications and provides the lowest total cost by completing the pricing table below. Quotes are due no later than 2PM ET Friday, September 25, 2015. Your quote should include ALL COST and the following information: (1) company name and address, telephone number and fax number, (2) DUNs number, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Product Service Code (PSC) and NAICS Code, and (3) company point of contact and e-mail address.
