- This solicitation SPE4A6-15-X-1042 P.R. SC1000040849 for NSN 3110-01-336-3525, 3110-01-055-6196 and 3110-00-871-0249 (BEARING, BALL, ANNULAR: CHAPARRAL/VULCAN, ADS/SSAMD) Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The approved source for these NSN's is Kaydon Corporation CAGE: 32828. Anyone wishing to submit a proposal on this solicitation other than Kaydon Corporation CAGE: 32828 must submit a complete source approval request (SAR). Information may be found via ht tp://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an IDPO with a three year base period and two, one year option periods. The FOB point will be destination. The Minimum and Maximum quantities and delivery objectives are: 3110-01-336-3525, Minimum 2, Estimated Annual 4; Delivery 240 DARO. 3110-01-055-6196, Minimum 14, Estimated Annual 57; Delivery 120 DARO 3110-00-871-0249, Minimum 2, Estimated Annual 5; Delivery 110 DARO The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
